Who we are
The Clever Insurance is the assumed name of Clever Benefit Solutions LLC, an independent insurance agency licensed in Texas (Texas license 3123970, NPN 21053381), at 6220 Westpark Dr, Suite 115, Houston, TX 77057.
This policy covers this website and the information you send us through it, by phone, by text and by email. “We” and “us” means The Clever Insurance. “You” means anyone who visits the site or gets in touch.
What we collect
- What you send us. If you use the quote form: your business name, your name, how many employees you have, when your plan renews, your email, your phone number and anything you add in the note. If you call, text or email us: your number or address, and whatever you tell us.
- What we need to look after a plan. If your business becomes a client, it shares what we need to quote and service its plans, such as an employee census. We handle that under our agreement with your business and the insurance privacy laws that apply to it, not only this page.
- What your browser sends. This site doesn’t use advertising cookies, tracking pixels or analytics tools. Like every website, our host records basic technical details, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to keep the site running and secure. Our fonts are served by Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when your browser loads them.
How we use it
To answer you, prepare quotes, place and service coverage, help employees with claims and enrollment, meet our legal and licensing obligations, and keep the records we’re required to keep. We don’t use it for anything else, and we don’t send marketing emails or texts.

- If you call our business line and we miss your call, we may text you back from that number to let you know we’ll call you. We may also text you if you text us first, or if you ask us to.
- What we text about
- Only your call, your question or your plan. Never marketing or promotions.
- How often
- Message frequency varies with your conversation with us. Message and data rates may apply.
- To stop
- Reply STOP at any time and we won’t text you again. Reply HELP for help, or call 713-714-3277.
- Your number stays with us
- No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Keeping it safe, and for how long
We limit access to the people who need it to help you, and we use established providers for email, phone and storage. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable care.
We keep information for as long as we need it to serve you, and for as long as insurance and tax rules require us to keep records. Then we delete it.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we’re not required to keep it. Email service@cleverbenefitsolutions.com or call 713-714-3277. To stop texts, reply STOP.
Children
This site is for businesses and their employees. It isn’t directed at children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information online.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle information, we’ll update this page and the effective date at the top.
